AIM AND
SCOPE
The Pakistan Veterinary Journal (Pak Vet J), a quarterly publication, is being published regularly since 1981 by the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. The “Pak Vet J” (www.pvj.com.pk) publishes scientific research articles, review articles, short communications and case reports from various disciplines within veterinary medicine.
The “Pak Vet J” is included in Science Citation Index Expended and has got
3.8 impact factor in JCR 2023. Among Veterinary Science Journals of the world (168), “Pak Vet J” has been ranked at
9th position and category quartile is Q1. The journal is read, abstracted and indexed internationally.
PVJ covers all aspects of major fields in veterinary medicine such as veterinary biomedical sciences, veterinary pathobiology and preventive medicine, veterinary public health, veterinary clinical sciences, veterinary humanities and social sciences. The corresponding subfields are as follows:
